Penny Black Saturday Challenge…

I’m back - with another Christmas card!  I’ve used Joey’s sketch over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge – and dug out one of my ‘vintage’ snowman stamps.  I was looking for a die yesterday and had great fun, and lots of nice surprises, when I was searching through my Christmas and Halloween stamps - and it left me wondering…do I really need to buy any more this year???  Some of the old Penny Black stamps are amongst my favourites…but of course, I have to keep buying the new ones :)

Thanks to everyone that joined in the PBSC fun last week.  As always, the PBSC DT have rocked the sketch challenge and have made some super cards!

We’ve got  Kathy Racoosin - Penny Black Team member joining us for this weeks sketch – and she has made a wonderful card which you can see on the PBSC blog.   Penny Black are also offering a prize to the winner of this challenge – a stamp, or stamp set, from the Halloween 2010 catalogue…how amazing is that….thanks Penny Black!

I will be sponsoring PBSC every month for the next twelve months….and this is the stamp that you can win this week…

It’s Christmas in July over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge – and there are lots of festive cards on display from the design team! Thanks to everyone for joining our ‘anything but a card’ challenge – it was fun to see so many beautiful creations!

This cute bear started off being traditional brown colours, but, my E31 marker decided to run out while I was colouring and by the time I had refilled it, everything was a bit patchy.  So, I thought I’d try a grey bear and I really like him – he reminds me of the ‘me to you’ bears!

I’ve used a Stampin’ Up Matchbox die that I have had for absolutely ages.  I thought of loads of things that I could make, but decided it was time to finally brush the dust of this die….LOL.  It certainly speeds up the drawer making process!

I’ve filled the drawers with charms and bracelets from Sugar Nellie. I’m also putting the completed bracelet in – they really do make a very nice gift!
