New Halloween release from Sugar Nellie…

Mary Hall has a new set of 6 Halloween stamps out in September…you will be able to order them from Funky Kits. I think I’m going to need some more Halloween paper for these cuties…and Quixotic Paperie have just the right Halloween themed paper and accessories…yay!

Gorjuss Summer…

Just decided to ink up another Gorjuss Girl…and thought I’d have a change and do some distressed edges.  I’m such a neat and tidy person by nature, that it’s really hard for me to bend and rip the edges of my precious papers…..haha…..and the mess…..wow…….I think I’ll be stitching my next card!  The lollipop flowers were great fun to make…thanks to the fabulous tutorial over at The Next Level.  Not only did I bend and distress these circles, but also soaked them in pearl Glimmer Mist…I don’t know what ended up more distressed, me or the flowers………..lol! 

I’ve airbrused around the sweet Gorjuss Girl….not too sure of her name….and coloured her with Copics.  I added some stardust glitter by her feet.  Thanks for popping by today…I’ll be back tomorrow with my Friday Sketchers card

Friends Forever…

Hello, we have a wonderful sketch for you this week over at Friday Sketchers.  My very sweet blogging friend Heidi is our host and sketch designer this week..thank you for your wonderful sketch Heidi!

I’ve used two more Gorjuss Girls from Sugar Nellie, just can’t help myself…..sorry!  The GG with the crown is from the latest set, which is set 3…..the other sweetie is from set 2.  I love how you can mix and match the sets, the ‘girls’ all look fabulous together.  This card has already been claimed by my daughter….and is now en route to one of her best friends!   I followed Rach’s out of bounds tutorial for the GG with crown, she was just a bit too tall for the nestie….thanks so much Rach!

Sweet Wonderful You…

Hi, I’m back today with another Gorjuss Girl card…this time it’s Miss Bumble Bee  (Sugar Nellie)…and I absolutely adore her   I’ve used Judy’s lovely sketch from The Sugar Bowl and also made some flowers using the fabulous tutorial over at StampARTic.  I’ve followed the option of bling…Miss Bumble Bee has a tiny heart gem in her hair    Edges of nestie have been distressed with Antique Linen. 

For anyone that’s interested in charms…..and I know plenty of you are, Quixotic Paperie will be adding brand new charms to their ever growing list later this evening… just don’t buy them all before I get there…haha!

Must dash….taxi service is needed…!  Back tomorrow with my Old Magnolia card.

We have a great sketch for you this week over at Stamp With Fun…it was designed by Tina….thank you so much…loved it!  I received the new Gorjuss Girls set 3 on Friday and struggled which sweetie to use first, but eventually decided on this one!  I used some beautiful lace which my dear blogging friend Janneke got for me……..thank you Janneke     The design team have made some great cards with this sketch…hope they inspire you to join in our fun challenge again this week.

Hi there.  Today is the start of a new challenge blog called ‘Stamp With Fun’ and I am delighted to be part of the ‘uber’ talented design team.   We start off this week with a fabulous sketch from Saphira.  A lot of time and effort has gone into creating the new blog, so a big thanks goes to Mona, Tina and Jacqueline……..you guys rock……..well done!

I finally inked up two more of my Gorjuss Girls, I know, it’s so sad they’ve had to wait this long  :)  After being at the launch of Gorjuss Girls 2 over at SCS on Friday, my pre-order is now safely in… phew…..LOL!  I used some unknown paper (unusual for me) - but just loved the fresh colours,  coloured with copics. QK die, small retro flower punch, Papermania sentiment,  flower and brad from stash.

Hello…well, here’s my Friday Sketchers card and it’s a very bright one this week but I just love how this sweet Gorjuss Girl’s hair has worked out with the funky paper.   Murielle is the host of this weeks sketch…and what a fun one it is….’very Mumur’…….thank you my friend!
