Stamp With Fun…

 Turquoise and brown is the colour challenge this week over at Stamp With Fun.   I love this colour combination, and decided to use this paper from DCWV…The Green Stack.  I couldn’t believe how perfect the tree paper was for the tree charm.  The gorgeous cream lace, Whimsy owl  and charm are from Quixotic Paperie…oh..and there are several more colours available in the lace…all absolutely yummy!  There are some wonderful cards from the DT over at SWF…hope you get time to join us

Just because…

Hi and a very good morning!  Sorry for the late post, I”d written everything for today on my laptop last night, but hadn’t loaded my card…that was on my main computer.  DD had a sleepover last night in the lounge, so I’ve only just been able to get to my computer…he he he!

Today’s card is for the Old Magnolia Challenge.  Bea has chosen sitting Alva from the Jingle Jangle collection 2008.  I loved these cute elves when they were released, I just thought it was so nice to actually see their full face   I stamped Alva, then masked her and stamped the watering can over the top.  We hope you can join us over at OM, don’t forget, you can combine this challenge with any others out there in blog world.

Finally, I made it!  It’s been a rather mad weekend and strange few days here, but hopefully the week can only get better!  This is my Stamp With Fun card.  Bea has designed a wonderful sketch for SWF and also sponsored us with her shop, Megahobby…thanks for the challenge Bea!   Check out SWF, the DT have made some fabulous cards as always.

Hi, here I am, posting my Penny Black Saturday Challenge card…sorry it’s a bit late, I think there have been some technical problems with some of the DT computers, he he he!   Our theme this week is embossing…whichever kind you prefer!  I’ve gone for the Cuttlebug Embossing Folder variety…it always amazes me just how perfect these folders work.

The Sugar Bowl Challenge…

Managed to get this card made just in time for the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl.  The sketch has been provided by Lia, and the option was to include blue and green in your card to be in with a chance to win a new set of stamps!  I used some Bo Bunny papers which I’ve been looking at for far too long now   and with plenty of leftovers, I can even make another card, he he he!
